The Esplanade Technical Theatre Programme is an initiative to develop and upgrade the technical skills in the theatre industry. The programme, organized by Esplanade since 1999 caters to technical professionals in the theatre industry, students of theatre and technicians of other industries who would like to start a career in this industry.
