An 808-lot car park, situated below the centre, can be accessed from both sides of Esplanade Drive. As the car park can become very busy, we recommend arriving early to park your car and have a meal or drink at our many restaurants before the performance. Alternatively, should the car park already be full, there is ample parking at Marina Square.

A 27-lot car park, situated before the Power Station, can be accessed from Raffles Avenue.

Parking for containers and lorries available at the coach park immediately before the Powerhouse along Raffles Avenue. Pre-arrangements required.  

 

• Entrance to loading bays located along Raffles Avenue, immediately after Esplanade Mall entrance.  

Located on the mezzanine level drop-off, the Stage Door can be accessed via vehicle ramp or pedestrian staircase along Esplanade Drive. Stage Door is to the extreme left of the box-office lobby entrance

The AXS Station is a multi-application transactional terminal that comes with a debit card (NTS), stored value card (Cashcard) and credit card payment facilities.
eServices available at the AXS Station include: Bill payments, fine payments, movie ticketing, promotions and eServices in 8 categories - Information, Finance, Government, Lifestyle, Services, Community, Ticketing and Events/Promo.

ATMs are available at level 1 & 2:

• DBS #01-K2
• Citibank and AXS Station #02-K1

 

Bags and personal items may be left at the Cloakroom at Mezzanine level. The Cloakroom is only open when there are ticketed performances within the Concert Hall and Theatre.

 

Lost and found items can be reported to Esplanade’s Information Counter, located by the Concert Hall foyer entrance, tel: (65) 6828 8377, 10am – 9pm daily.

Infrared-assisted listening facilities are available free-of-charge at our indoor performing venues. Patrons may place their request for a headset through Esplanade Box Office or by calling the Front-of-House Hotline at 6828 8377. Please note headsets are available on a first-come-first-served basis and terms and conditions do apply.

Wheelchair users are required to inform Box Office of their requirements when booking tickets so arrangements can be made.
